Xpelair 100mm Single Speed Axial Extracter Fan with Timer V x 100T

The Xpelair VX100T (100mm/4-inch) is a high-performance, single-speed axial extractor fan designed specifically for domestic bathrooms, shower rooms, and toilets. It is a popular "go-to" choice for both DIY enthusiasts and professional contractors due to its reliability and straightforward installation. Built with a sleek, low-profile design, it features an integrated adjustable overrun timer, which allows the fan to continue extracting moisture and odors for a set period after the room light or external switch is turned off. Its compact "short spigot" design makes it particularly effective for shallow wall or ceiling cavities where space is at a premium.
