Expert quality, fully insulated VDE diagonal side cutters manufactured from special hardened and tempered steel. Separately induction hardened cutting edges and ergonomic handle provide improved performance. Individually tested to 10,000V and insulated to 1000V AC and 1500V DC for live line working.
